The Shefa School is a Jewish community day school in Manhattan that offers students with language-based learning disabilities a place to grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.
Shefa is expanding tremendously, and we were asked to revitalize the school’s communications during this exciting time, including the creation of a new admissions brochure and redesigning the website.
The school’s original logo was well-established and recognizable, with a thriving sprout and a typeface used consistently on existing materials. We recommended a subtle refresh to maintain the design’s integrity while improving legibility for new applications.
We developed Shefa’s identity system to include a new sans-serif type family and an extended color palette.
To produce Shefa’s first-ever admissions brochure, we proposed the format and content, collaborating with our writer to carefully develop new messaging unique to this special school.
The website was redesigned with consistent visuals and expanded content. It is custom designed for desktop and mobile at www.shefaschool.org
